How long we retain your data

The personal data collected through the survey is solely to improve our service for you and other costomers. It is stored and processed by us for as long as it is necessary to be able to meet the communication targets of NANOCHEM, this will be several years. For users that send us information, we also store the personal information they provide, e.g. for reporting and processing of requests. All users can see their personal information at any time. Administrators can also see and edit that information and delete it upon request.
